GAA has an existing one story home that will be converted into a two story triplex. One single family residence on the first floor and two 1-2 bedroom apartments on the second floor. Guam Adventist Academy has a pressing need for teacher housing on campus. The teachers are currently residing on the Guam Micronesia Mission complex but needs of the Mission will lessen the number of units available to GAA in the near future.

If this project has any remaining or additional funds raised during this campaign, they will be donated directly to Guam-Micronesia Mission to be used to complete other projects on this specific island.
